He is laughing because he knows I am telling the truth. According to this Standing Order, you cannot mislead or give information that you know is false to the Senate. You should rule him out of order and go let him go out of the House and resolve the religious crisis that he is going through. view

We have pending bills of almost Kshs100 billion. A concept of payment in lieu of rates was introduced in the Budget Policy Statement. I expect the central Government to take it up.
