I am happy with the last thing that you have said about the powers of the Deputy Speaker and Members of the Speaker’s Panel. Mr. Speaker, Sir, the person who made it an issue, was the person who was then sitting on that Chair. Mr. Speaker, Sir, we are stuck in this circular motion. If I remember correctly, we thought there was some middle ground, the last time. That there was some truce reached between the leadership of the Minority and Majority. In fact, people apologised here, for the conduct of that particular Session.
