Osotsi had referred the House to, the matter that is coming before the House falls under the category of sub judice, matters that cannot be discussed, particularly under Standing Order No.103(3)(c). As directed by the Speaker, we have here a copy of the court order in Case No.HCCHR Petition No.E389/2023, in which this matter was brought before the courts. We also have copies of an order. I can see the certificate together with further orders. I believe I can table these now. view
