(1) A person who blends any or various grades of tea produced in Kenya with any other tea produced outside Kenya shall declare the percentage of Kenyan tea on the packaging and on the blend sheet. The justification is that the amendment seeks to provide for monies as appropriated by the National Assembly which had been omitted as one of the sources of funds for the Board.
