  • 28 Apr 2015 in National Assembly: Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I concur that there should be a clause even if it is (b) stating what kind of errors can be corrected during the tendering process because we are fixing a law and we are using the word “absolute”. We have to give some leverage to state what can be changed. It does not cost us much. view

  • 14 Apr 2015 in National Assembly: Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I saw a Member of Parliament sitting in this House under threat because we are on live coverage. My party Chair, hon. As we look at this matter of PAC, I would like to go on record that I am a Member. You have also sat in PAC as Members and we have deliberated these ... view
  • 4 Mar 2015 in National Assembly: Committees and has now become a matter for the House to deal with. Members have also been given opportunity to defend themselves where necessary. I personally support that those who are mentioned should be properly investigated either by the House or other independent agencies to ascertain the matter because we cannot condemn PAC as a whole while few Members are involved.
