I concur that there should be a clause even if it is (b) stating what kind of errors can be corrected during the tendering process because we are fixing a law and we are using the word “absolute”. If we go ahead today and disband PAC because we believe if all Members are corrupt then it should be disbanded--- This should not only affect PAC Committee rather the entire House and its systems. • 4 Mar 2015 in National Assembly: Committees and has now become a matter for the House to deal with. Members have also been given opportunity to defend themselves where necessary. I personally support that those who are mentioned should be properly investigated either by the House or other independent agencies to ascertain the matter because we cannot condemn PAC as a whole while few Members are involved.
