I want to say that CDF was created with a purpose and we are not yet there. The impact that it has created is something that is seen all over the country particularly in matters like education, health and vulnerability. I know we have come a long way in trying to look at this Bill together. I know the principles that are within this Bill are those that can transform and change this country in the next level of sports activity in this country. I am so happy that this Bill has gone through the Second Reading and I pray that it will go through the Third Reading tomorrow. view
