15 Aug 2012 in National Assembly:
Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. From the outset, I want to support the Bill. I want also to thank and congratulate hon. Danson Mungatana. I want to start from where my brother hon. What is the budget that he has for Ijara and Hulugho districts? Could he do affirmative ...

13 Jun 2012 in National Assembly:
Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, thank you for giving me this opportunity to add my voice in supporting the Departmental Committee’s report. The Transitional Authority which is established under Section 4 of the Transition to Devolved Government Act is an Authority which is very important to us and particularly to people who felt that devolution will answer all their historical injustices. I feel that this is a body that I respect and it is a body that will carry a huge mandate to facilitate the transitional period and beyond. They have an important mandate that is to determine the resources required ...
