Yesterday, at 4.30 p.m. when the National Assembly passed the business that we will transact, courtesy of this Procedural Motion, News Alert 411 recorded that the National Assembly had passed that Bill and it was waiting for the President’s assent. Some of us were shocked because, definitely. sports is a devolved function. It affects counties.
