She has made a statement that she was in Tanzania and had to stop whatever she was doing so as to watch the live broadcast of the President addressing Parliament. That effectively means that if she was in the country she would have defied some of those roadside directives by some of the leaders in her coalition that she should not have appeared in Parliament.
