The Chairperson responded that the governor was given the latitude and that the positions were created, in consultation with the TA and the PSC. Were the qualifications for the various positions indicated and were they followed? If you are calling someone an economic advisor, there ought to be a qualification for that economic advisor. If you are calling someone a legal advisor or political advisor, what were the qualifications and were they met in all the appointments? view
