Two, the amendments that have been moved by the Chairperson are from the Committee. Therefore, the moving of those amendments was perfectly in order. Three, when you indicated that persons living with disabilities are not in the House, I suspect you meant the sponsor of the Bill, Sen. Godliver Omondi.   • 15 Nov 2016 in Senate: Sen. Murkomen, you are completely out of order. On several occasions, we have had Bills in this House relating to all manner of sectors. For example, you come from a county that largely thrives on sports and we have had Motions and Bills relating to sports. However, we have never held anything against you for being absent for one reason or another whenever those matters have been dealt with. I want to leave it at that. view
