Mr. Speaker, Sir, one of the greatest challenges that we have in the recruitment process of vice chancellors is where you wait for the end product and the process is manipulated. Whereas the Cabinet Secretary has indicated how the process is done, it is important for the Ministry of Education to provide the progress in the process of appointing a vice chancellor.
