(b) by deleting sub-clause (2) and substituting therefor the following new sub-clause– (2) Each county governor shall appoint one county public officer to serve as the industrial coordination officer who shall coordinate the industrial development activities in the respective County. view

Wangari was talking about is a political hustler. He is not looking for money and all that. He is looking for seats and that hustler is looking for opportunities where they are very thin and you have to maneuver your way to arrive there. view
