I want to bring it to the attention of the member who has said that this Bill is not very palatable and that it will not work out that there is a section of this Bill which addresses this issue. There are procedures for recognition of community land. Communities can apply and it will be passed if two-thirds of the community support. That is how it will work. I heard them talk about a type of sugar which we call “ Gur ” in Hindi. It is sugar that is not processed. It used to be available long time ago, but not now.
