Madam Temporary Speaker, it does not seem to make sense. Is that better? It is just a decision that seems immoral, if you ask me. If that is a problem, I do not know which word to use because that is what I mean. This Bill seeks to ensure that each level of Government prioritizes reproductive health by imposing obligations on them to ensure the availability of reproductive healthcare services, including requiring them to provide adequate financial resources in their respective budgets to meet the obligations. A review of the concluding observations on the Second Periodic Report of Kenya adopted by the Committee at its 50th Session that was on 6th to 31st May 2013, shows that the Committee Against Torture raised concerns on the occurrences of forced and coerced sterilisation of HIV/AIDS positive women and women with disability.
