I still have memories of my maiden speech, and I cannot believe the time has come to give the farewell speech. He encouraged me to rise to the occasion and to put forward--- in fact, he is the one who suggested to me about the Alternative Dispute Resolution Bill which he felt I should champion, being a practitioner of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in the country.
