Thank you Mr. Speaker, Sir. I do not have an issue with what Sen. (Dr.) Musuruve has brought up but I have an issue with the Statements. I am worried that she is repeating a Statement that she sought last year. Is there a trend? I presented a Statement last year and a similar Statement was presented yesterday by Sen. (Rev.) Waqo. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I also wish to convey my deepest and heartfelt condolences to Hon. Francis Nyenze’s family, constituents of Kitui West, the Wiper Democratic Party, NASA and Ukambani at large. Hon. Nyenze was a household name in all our homes as we were growing up. Definitely, his distinguished service speaks for itself. We saw his strength and commitment when he was taking oath while carrying an oxygen tank. For sure, that it is something that the youth can borrow. The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes

It has covered all key areas that will make functional cities. I believe this is what we need and it is long overdue. What makes me happy about the recommendations given is that there is a huge contribution by the counties towards implementation of this document. That is a very positive move because everything is now boiling down to the counties themselves. The Senate Minority Leader gave a very good presentation and said a lot of ...

Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I take this opportunity to thank God for enabling me to stand here today. I also wish to thank my party leader and the whole party for giving me this platform upon which I can advance my ideas, theories and champion issues that I have come across in the line of my career. I represent the interests of architects, which is my first line of profession. I also represent the interests of arbitrators and other Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practitioners. I also represent the interests of youth, who I mentor in my own capacity and, ...
