Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Yes, with shoes on, for sure. The issue of collapsing buildings affects the entire country. We cannot run away from the fact that we have failed a lot as leaders. Secondly, our build environment definitely needs review. Our building codes are out-dated and that is one of the things I know we are looking at as a caucus of build environment consultants. Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for this opportunity. Allow me to congratulate Sen. (Dr.) Musuruve for this wonderful Motion. She is not only representing people with disabilities, but also creating awareness for we tend to live in our own bubbles and fail to understand the challenges that other people go through. We need to recognize Article 27 which states that we are all equal. As an hon. Senator mentioned, Article 54 (1) (b) prohibits exclusion of persons with disabilities from access to education.
