They also represent people with special skills. I believe that as they come on board they are going to make radical changes that would help this country. The county governments have been ill-prepared to take over the health services. Quite a number of counties do not have proper facilities to handle some of the emergencies that occur in their respective areas. Some hospitals in the counties lack medical personnel, equipment and facilities that can help communities.
