Tiyah Galgalo Ali

She was the first girl from Isiolo County to study upto form six.

She is also the founder of the Foundation for Kenyan Women Pastoralist which lobbies universities to admit girls from disadvantaged communities for prestigious courses.

Speaker, with regard to Dr. Abdilahi Alawy, I think as said by my Chair, clearly he did not really demonstrate that he had come back to Kenya and that he is a Kenyan. Women and youth need to be assisted so that they can get those registration certificates closer to where they live instead of travelling all the way from northern Kenya and other parts of Kenya to Nairobi where they are conned.
