  • 4 Dec 2013 in National Assembly: Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, for giving me this opportunity. Mine is in support of the Bill. My fellow hon. Members have already talked about the importance of this Bill, which will transform this country; it will give us the motivation to save for our working and non-working members out there. The Bill, if passed, will give this country a lot of resources. As I have already said, the Government will not borrow money from other countries. I think we have looked at all the dimensions of this Bill; we have looked at the issue of the Board of ... view

  • 25 Jul 2013 in National Assembly: Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to contribute. Let me thank the Leader of Majority Party for his articulation on the question that was asked by hon. Chris Wamalwa. • 10 Jul 2013 in National Assembly: is not brought in Isiolo many of the women, youth and men who sell miraa will not have employment. I know miraa is an economic booster; it is a cash crop like coffee and the rest that is generating income for this country. I also know that any substance that is taken in excess will create health problems and miraa is not an exceptional. I would want to really thank hon. Kajuju for thinking about this committee.
