Mr. Speaker, Sir, all our mayors cannot be recognised as mayors without mayoral chains and maces. It is important, when the Minister will be giving the Statement, that he remembers to tell us about the mayoral chain that has been stolen twice and the mace that has also disappeared.

On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Chair always advises us whenever we consult here that we should remain quiet and listen to speakers in this House. That is part of our work in this House. Sometimes we actually stand up to contribute, but we do not catch the Speaker's eye. Mr. Speaker, Sir, some people here are very lucky because they have many other roads so that, even if one of them is too bad, they can deviate and reach their destinations. I have only one road; from Homa Bay through Rodi Kopany to Karungu-Sori in Nyatike. This road has hole after hole! These are not potholes but many, many potholes so that there is no road! Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, you heard the Assistant Minister say that when we inform them about a policeman who has made a mistake of the Kilunda nature, he would take action. However, the action that the Ministry usually takes is to transfer such an officer to another station, as he transferred to Nyatike an officer who shot a school boy in Ndhiwa. Is that the action?
