  • 10 Feb 2020 in National Assembly: Natoa rambirambi zangu kwa familia ya Moi. Moi aliimarisha elimu, alijenga hospitali. Ndio sababu tuko na Wadi za Nyayo mahali akina mama wanaenda kujifungua. Alipenda akina mama sana. Ndio maana alikuwa ananunua matunda na ndizi njiani. Hakutaka akina mama wateseke. Alikuwa alikuwa mkristo aliyeogopa Mungu, ndiposa akakaa madarakani kwa miaka 24. Ni kwa sababu alikuwa mtu wa Mungu. Hapo, sisi wanasiasa tujivunie na tujifunze kutoka kwake. Asante. The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposes only. Once they are established, if there will be any gaming activities that were approved, yet they are illegal because, for example, the owners are involved in money laundering and child trafficking, the Authority will deal with them. Thirty per cent of the gaming shares will be held by Kenyans and when Kenyans own those shares, the issue of unemployment will be dealt with in ... view
  • 30 Oct 2019 in National Assembly: Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I stand to support the Motion. There is need for measures to be put in place to ensure 100per cent transition from primary to secondary schools and to tertiary institutions. Let me convey my prayers to the people of Mau, who do not have shelter yet they have children sitting for national examinations. They are staying in an unstable environment. My prayers go to the children who started their examination this week and those who have done their practical examinations. We are praying for them to excel like other children in stable homes. • 2 Oct 2019 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I take this opportunity to thank Hon. Nyoro for bringing this Motion. Corruption is a cancer which is eating the fabric of this society. At Independence, we said we were going to kill illiteracy, poverty and disease, but because of corruption we do not have medicines in our hospitals. Schools are in a pathetic condition. Children do not have books. At Independence, we were at par with Singapore and Malaysia. So, it beats logic why we are not a middle-income country. In Kenya, we have intelligent and innovative men and women. We are hardworking, ... view
