(2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), the Cabinet Secretary may prescribe the minimum standards with regard to the - (a) training of extension services officers; (b) professional qualifications of extension services officers; (c) certification and registration with respect to extension services; and (d) remuneration of extension services officers. view
