  • 15 Jul 2008 in National Assembly: Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, the Ministry is trying to empower the youth with the sort of programmes that have come up. I would really like to thank the House for supporting us. We, however, need to speak to people who own businesses also so that they can come up with business plans for the youth.
