The answer he has given confirms that Maseno University is discharging effluent into Hambitsi and Eskangu rivers. I would like him to assure this House that no effluent will be discharged into these two important water streams in Emuhaya and Kisumu Rural constituencies until the sewerage works that he has said will be done are done? view
