  • 5 Jun 2012 in National Assembly: Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, finally, I want to agree with those who have spoken on the amendments to the Elections Act, 2011. It is important that if somebody has no voter’s card, he is allowed to vote if his or her name appears on the voters register. However, that person must be able to identify himself or herself. Otherwise, there can be a lot of cheating. view
