• 30 Nov 2011 in National Assembly: Madam Temporary Deputy Chair, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 11 be further in sub-clause (2)- (a) by deleting the words “Board’s permission” appearing in sub- paragraph (i) and substituting therefor the words “the permission of the chairperson” (b) By deleting sub-paragraph (ii) and substituting therefor the following sub-paragraph- “(ii) is convicted of a criminal offcence and sentenced to imprisonment for a term of six months or more without an option of a fine”; view
