asked the Minister for Education:- (a) how successful was the programme to establish tree nurseries in 20 primary schools in each constituency, particularly in Emuhaya Constituency considering that Kshs60,000 was allocated to each school through the Economic Stimulus Programme (ESP) in 2009/10, and; (b) how successful was the programme to purchase and plant seedlings in 50 schools in every constituency, particularly in Emuhaya Constituency considering that Kshs30,000 was allocated for this purpose.
