Murkomen, although he used words that might not have been very good to Sen. Khalwale. My concern was the prolonged exchange between Sen. Khalwale and the Chair, despite several rulings and repeated rulings that were made by the Chair. I would like to bring to your notice Standing Order No. 110 (j). I think it should not be a precedent that once you have made several rulings, a Member should persist. Really, it is not proper. view
