Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, you heard the Assistant Minister refer to me as a person who is not serious. From the deliberations on this matter in this House I cannot be the one who is not serious. So, it is out of order for the Assistant Minister to refer to me as not being serious. It is him who is not serious about this matter. He handles matters of this nature very casually.
