I am aware that in every constituency there should be one Fund Account Manager. Tiaty Constituency’s Fund Account Manager is missing. I think the gentleman who was there got another job. I believe other constituencies are facing the same problem. view

In fact, you will find that most Members sometimes do not have time to look at the Bill during the 90-day period. Most of the times Members get to read the Bill properly when it is properly before the House in the Second Reading. I seek your indulgence to reconsider the ruling.
