I am aware that in every constituency there should be one Fund Account Manager. Tiaty Constituency’s Fund Account Manager is missing. I think the gentleman who was there got another job. I believe other constituencies are facing the same problem. view

In as much as I will be supporting this Bill, I wanted to plead with you to consider making a ruling to review your earlier ruling in which you stated, and it has become part of the law of this House, that a constitutional amendment Bill cannot be amended on the Floor. view

In fact, you will find that most Members sometimes do not have time to look at the Bill during the 90-day period. Most of the times Members get to read the Bill properly when it is properly before the House in the Second Reading. I seek your indulgence to reconsider the ruling.
