I am happy with the move the House Business Committee (HBC) has taken. These are some of the problems we have had to inherit with this Constitution because of the absence of the Executive from Parliament. I had a question earlier and the CS just walked in with no written reply. Up to now, I have never seen the written reply. It takes two to three months to get a response from a CS. That is the frustration we go through as Members of this Assembly. These are real issues that affect Kenyans.
