  • 10 Feb 2020 in National Assembly: President Moi was indeed a champion of peace, love and unity. He was indeed a defender of national unity and Government of inclusivity. To wind up… view
  • 7 Nov 2019 in National Assembly: Hon. Speaker, I rise to support. With a lot of humility, I urge the Members that we move with speed since defence is key in any Government. An ICT platform, infrastructure, globalisation and training are key. South Africa is number one in Africa, and we are number two in ICT infrastructure. view
  • 7 Nov 2019 in National Assembly: Hon. Speaker, that is my statement. The Member can Google it. The great Socrates once said that true wisdom is in knowing that you know nothing. Therefore, let us not volunteer information. Instead, let us learn more than we volunteer. view

  • 16 Oct 2019 in National Assembly: Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I will be very brief. The Representation of Special Interest Groups Laws (Amendment) Bill is great. Those who have a lot must pay a lot, so that the Government can move forward. Having said that, I subscribe to unity in diversity. We love women because they are great people in the world. All of us, even presidents, cherish, value and respect women. What issues are you crying about? We respect you. We honour you. Even Eliud was born by a woman. Women are great leaders. We respect you. When competing for seats, Hon. Alice, we want fairness. ... view
  • 3 Oct 2019 in National Assembly: Hon. Speaker, I want to tell the Leader of the Majority Party that chairs, vice-chairs and Members are always present. It is only the Cabinet Secretaries who do not appear. A follow-up mechanism and structured communication must be established. Leader, I want you to listen. He is not listening to me! view
  • 3 Oct 2019 in National Assembly: Leader, you are a great man but I want you to establish a firm and strong follow-up mechanism and structured communication of making sure that Cabinet Secretaries appear before us. After all, we are the august House. Article 95 of our Constitution gives us our mandate. When it comes to the operational arm of Government, we are number one. So, Leader, I must tell you because you are the leader. I want all of us, wherever we are, to talk about harmony and cohesiveness. I subscribe to Article 131(e) of the Constitution that President Uhuru Kenyatta who happens to be ... view
