I want us to put it into law that anybody who has more three contracts should not be given the fourth contract. Because we have our own people in Kenya, let them enter into a joint venture so that we protect our own contractors. Members to take seriously the role of oversight especially when it comes to competence, experts and people who have authority so that things are done properly and to their logical conclusion.
