(ii) Could the Cabinet Secretary intervene to ensure that upgrading works on the road linking Waunifor and Flax (Kiptagat), a very important road which runs through one of the key maize producing region ... view
  • 29 Sep 2020 in National Assembly: (iii) Could the Cabinet Secretary consider terminating the contract on the said road, seeking the blacklisting of the contractor, and awarding the contract afresh to a contractor who will adhere to the set construction standards and timelines? Thank you, Hon. Speaker and God bless you. view
  • 22 Sep 2020 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise to ask Question No.012/2020 to the Cabinet Secretary for Lands and Physical Planning: When will the Ministry issue title deeds to the owners of Land Reference No 77/505 in Munyaka area of Ainabkoi Constituency in Uasin Gishu County? Thank you, Hon. Speaker. You are a gentle giant. view
  • 15 Sep 2020 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me the opportunity to support this Bill. It is true that counties are collecting a lot of revenue, but there is no structured way of remitting the money. They do not declare the money. It is true we want a structured way of declaring the money, otherwise, this is pocket money for governors. I support. Thank you, Hon. Speaker. view
