Temporary Deputy Speaker, the whole idea of making the fund manager accountable to the CDFC and to the chairman is important because the board is in Nairobi and these managers are really in the constituencies. The contributions by Members have really enriched this debate and I do not really want to take a lot of time. I want to really appreciate each of the Members who have gotten a moment to debate this Motion. Even the ones who had no time I realised they were supporting the recommendations. view
