Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I wish to distinguish two issues. If you read Regulation 15 (3), it talks about a CDF committee. The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor.

Hon. Members, I think it is important we distinguish two things here. We are having the CDF Committee and the CDF manager. Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, what we are avoiding here is to have religious groups or institutions in this Fund; the reason being that if we give funds to one religious group or institution and deny other religious groups the same, there is likely to be some conflicts. So, we propose that the Regulation should be amended accordingly.
