Mr. Speaker, Sir, the decision to create wards is not for my colleague or myself, but for IEBC. The people of Baringo North are part of the sovereign people of Kenya and will exercise their rights through the sovereign power. We live in peace with our neighbours. During the presentation, they only said: “Do not use the name.” But we said that the usage of that name is proper. We would like this process to be concluded and I am happy that the Committee was able to approve our names as proposed to the IEBC on 20th January.
