Briefly, I wish to inform the House that the nominee has served in the Public Service for over 34 years in various institutions and capacities. He has served in the Kenya Armed Forces and rose to the rank of a Major when he left that institution. He also worked in the National Security Intelligence Service (NSIS) as a Senior Analyst in tactical and strategic intelligence for seven years.
