Chairman, this initially was our position as a Committee, that we have the court jurisdiction for Kshs500,000. After further consultations, Hon. Chairman, we have been able to agree that, that figure should now be enhanced to Kshs1 million. Therefore, I withdraw my proposed amendment under Clause 2. view
