For these few minutes, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, you should control the points of order. This is especially a dissenting point of order like this one!

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am not misleading the House! The Chairman of the Committee said that even the balancing of 11 and 11 is ripe to approve those names to those jobs!

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, when the Commissions nominated those members to this Parliament, a case that the Speaker referred to the Committee, they were three and you cannot separate these people. They are welded together; they are one team and they should be passed as a team! All the dissent was wrong, malicious and without any reason at all!

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to say that the Principals passed their names without a nib and without a bud. So who are these reservists who cannot say---

I will complete by saying that it is not a party issue at all. This is because even in the nomination of Mr. Tobiko, under the chairmanship of Atwoli, one member called âCaroli Omondiâ who is the Principal Administrative Secretary in the Prime Ministerâs Office gave Mr. Tobiko 92 marks! I also want to say that Mr. Tobiko is a qualified person; is a man of integrity and he must be given a chance to serve this country! Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to second the amendment and support it.

On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. This is a different Question altogether! It is not the Question the Member for Molo asked two weeks ago! The HANSARD will bear me out that when he asked his Question, which is totally different from the one he has asked now, there were allegations that there was a senior politician who incited the people of Mau Narok. There was the question of morans. I still insist that the Member for Molo should mention the politician who incited the people of Mau Narok.

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, that is true! This is absolutely a different Question in wording, context and everything! What I said is here, and I still insist that the Member for Molo should mention in this House who the senior politician was.

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is not a question of the Member for Molo trying to say what he has said because the Question must be in the HANSARD. I think the HANSARD will bear me out on what the Question was.
