Approximately 10 million people are now food insecure and a large proportion of them will have to rely on famine relief. The list is here and it includes everybody who bought maize from the NCPB, including individuals. I invite hon. Members to go through the list, and if they have any queries, I will be willing to come back and shed more light on the matter.
