With regard to the first one for Malaba Constituency, I will give benefit of doubt to my colleague and support it. However, for the second one, the Batsoso Community spoke loud and clear that they wanted to be together in Lurambi Constituency because they have been split into two. Half have gone to Navakholo while the other half have gone to Lurambi. They want to be together as a community. I second. view

I want to apologize to the House that when the Minister for Finance mentioned that there was a special grant, we were also not aware of the conditions. It took us some time to discuss this issue with the Minister for Finance until we agreed with him and the relevant Departmental Committee. That is why the proposal has come late.
