• 17 Oct 2007 in National Assembly: Let us turn to page 1793, paragraph (d), item 5 of the original Bill, which we intended to amend. We are suggesting that it remains the way it is because that was a typographical error. Clause 9, paragraph (d), item 5 says:- "Unspent funds for re-allocation in accordance with Sections 3 and 4 may be allocated to any eligible project and such project may be new or ongoing at the end of the financial year.'
