I know that training is very important and it has to be continuous. I can see that last year, a provision of Kshs2 million was made. Out of the 14 people who died, about seven came from my constituency including one professor of mathematics from Kenyatta University. This accident happened because there was no railway crossing sign and there were no road bumps. Immediately after the accident, the signs and the bumps were put up. This shows that the railway corporation was guilty of not putting up the railway sign and this led to the accident. Electricity is a necessity for any economic development and it is a socio-economic investment. It is not a financial investment.
