Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is not the first time we are raising issues on delay of disbursement of funds. About two months ago, I raised the issue of delay of disbursement of funds for Free Primary Education (FPE) and Free Secondary Education (FSE). I have spoken to three officers in the Ministry, Mr. Mwaura, Mr. Kanani and even the PS’s office does not know who is dealing with this matter. view

I would want the Minister to confirm whether he is aware that the main shareholders of this company reside outside the country and want to ultimately sell the business and get away without paying what they owe these miserable Kenya workers. view
