Being a caring Minister, especially for people from those areas, how long will this take? I believe the last portion really lies in your hands. It is a matter of co-ordinating between your Ministry, Ministry of Lands, and the Ministry of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security. If you can give that undertaking, I am sure the people of Vihiga who went to Shaviringa will be happy. view
