Mr. Speaker, Sir, we flew last night over 242 personnel to make sure that security is beefed. I want to thank the air force for ferrying these officers last night. As I speak now, the situation now is calm. We hope it will continue so.

Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, following the insinuation by Mr. Mbadi on my experience in discipline, I want to tell the hon. Members that if we leave discipline to the council, it will mean that you have to call a meeting whenever somebody becomes indisciplined; I think that way, we are going to bog down the service.
