• 23 Aug 2012 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, my counter-proposal is that instead of the Principal Secretary in the Ministry responsible for matters related to Local Government, it should be the Principal Secretary for Cabinet Affairs. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, in Clause 5(2) where my sister is proposing that a new sub-clause “r” be added, I propose that the Principal Secretary in the Ministry responsible for matters related to Works be deleted, since he can be co-opted. This is because his role will be only when a dais is being constructed. view

Therefore, I stand by my proposal that it should be Principal Secretary for Cabinet Affairs, who will always be there. view

Therefore, I stand by my proposal that it should be Principal Secretary for Cabinet Affairs, who will always be there. view
